INF Seminar “From Image to Publication: Making Bioimage Data Work for You”

CRC 1638 INF Seminar: From Image to Publication: Making Bioimage Data Work for You

Monday, 19 October 2026, 1-2 pm, SR 401, INF 328

The INF project of CRC 1638 invites you to its next seminar, with guest speaker Zeynab Razzaghpanah from NFDI4BIOIMAGE. NFDI4BIOIMAGE is a national consortium funded by the DFG that builds and strengthens research data management (RDM) infrastructure for bioimaging.

The session will start with why RDM is worth the effort, where to begin and which details to keep in mind. It will then give a short introduction to OMERO, an open-source platform for managing bioimaging data.

The seminar is part of the INF project's work on research data management within CRC 1638. Everyone interested is welcome. For questions, please contact the INF team (neele.drobnitzky(at)bzh.uni-heidelberg.de).
