Z03

Cryo-EM and cryo-correlative approaches to study membrane remodelling
Z03

Project Z03 will provide state-of-the-art cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) technologies for the CRC. In addition to access, assistance and training in single particle analysis cryo-EM (SPA) and cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET), this project aims at establishing workflows for cryo-correlative light and electron microscopy (CLEM). Z03 will be instrumental for several consortium projects to investigate the molecular structure of proteins and their interplay with membranes in vitro and in cells.
